The book gradually becomes a literal love story but never loses it's eroticism in the process. Her very cute feet also play an important role in the story, running through the entire narrative. Bondage and erotic tickling is involved also but there is no SM. The story is not entirely concerned with medical fetish though. Gradually she becomes fascinated with MedFet and with the doctor's help enters a world of sexual fulfillment.
